During the processing of pe pipe manufacturers, the cooling water in the sizing sleeve is uneven, and the water inlet is quenched first, which causes the wall thickness of the part to be thick; the production line is unstable, the machinery and equipment are defective or unstable, and the molds and molds are not stable. It is not concentric or unsuitable for gaps; some large-caliber pe pipes above 10 mpa pressure are difficult to prevent uneven wall thickness when the pipe is extruded because of the large diameter specifications. However, the unevenness of the wall thickness of the pe pipes within DN800 is relatively rare, and even if there is, they are not far apart.

During the construction process, the PE water supply pipe is likely to leak, seepage, etc., which will endanger the quality and progress of the construction, especially if the PE water supply pipe is buried in the ground and the backfill is covered or fixed to the wall. After the face, the probability of leakage is higher. Therefore, in order to better prevent water seepage in the pe water supply pipe, preventive measures should be taken during construction.
