Pull-back reaming technology of PE pipe

In order to promote the use efficiency of PE pipes, usually pe pipe manufacturers will reprocess their pipes, such as the pull-back reaming technology of PE pipes during construction, and the design size of the pipe diameter must also be considered. The pull-back reaming technology in the construction of PE pipes is very strict from the initial aperture design to the process of pulling back the pipe, because we have to consider not only the size of the PE pipe, but also the degree of tension, so as to ensure the use of the PE pipe. Efficiency, but also can effectively reduce pipe damage.

1. Aperture design: According to the diameter and number of PE pipes to be laid, calculate the smaller diameter of the holes to be formed. It should not be too large or too small. If the diameter of the holes is too large, the soil layer around the PE pipes may collapse, which may cause road subsidence. , If the hole diameter is too small, the resistance of the drawing pipe will increase, which will cause the pipe to fall off or deform the PE pipe.

2. Hierarchical reaming: Reaming at all levels is level φ200mm, level two φ250mm, level three φ300mm, level four φ400mm, level five φ500mm, etc. According to the designed hole diameter, the hole is expanded in stages from small to large, until it reaches the hole diameter required by the process. Hole wall reinforcement: While reaming, mud is injected into the hole through a reaming drill bit. The concentration of the mud is prepared according to different soil conditions. The mud penetrates into the hole wall and plays a role of maintaining and stabilizing the hole wall through the squeezing and friction of the reaming drill bit.

3. Pull back the pipe: The pull back force during the pipe drawing process must overcome the friction between the PE pipe and the hole wall. The quality of the hole is closely related to the curve shape of the guide hole and the reaming process. Under normal circumstances, the pull back force is not Should exceed 5kN, too much tension will cause pipe fracture or deformation.
