Common Types of PVC Heat Stabilizers

PVC heat stabilizer is a kind of PVC stabilizer.It is mainly used for PVC and other chlorine-containing polymers. Due to the poor thermal stability of polyvinyl chloride, most of the PVC stabilizers are used for polyvinyl chloride.
Common PVC heat stabilizers include lead stabilizers, metal soap stabilizers, organic tin stabilizers, antimony stabilizers, organic auxiliary stabilizers and hydrotalcite stabilizers.
Lead stabilizers include three basic lead salts, two basic lead salts, etc.
Metal soap stabilizers include zinc stearate, cadmium stearate, calcium stearate, zinc stearate, etc.
Organotin stabilizers include dibutyl tin dilaurate, dibutyl tin dimaleate, etc.;
Antimony stabilizers include antimony mercaptans and antimony carboxylates.
Organic auxiliary stabilizers include phosphites, epoxy compounds, polyols, etc.
Hydrotalcite stabilizers include hydrotalcite calcium and zinc stabilizers.
Aimsea is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the integration of research, production and sales of non-toxic environmentally friendly PVC stabilizers.
