Why PVC Heat Stabilizer Should Be Added To PVC Processing?

PVC is one of the most heat-sensitive polymers in the industry that are highly prone to thermal degradation.
Pure polyvinyl chloride resin is very sensitive to heat. When the heating temperature reaches above 90℃, it will undergo slight thermal decomposition. When the temperature reaches 120°C, HCI gas will be released.
If the production of HCI is not inhibited, the decomposition will be intensified further. That is, an obvious thermal decomposition reaction occurs, which darkens the color of the polyvinyl chloride resin gradually.
However, PVC plastic can only be processed and molded at a temperature above 160°C. Practice has proved that adding PVC heat stabilizer is an effective method to improve the thermal stability of PVC.
So, PVC heat stabilizer must be added to PVC processing and molding.
Aimsea Founded in 1997 with registered capital of 20 million yuan. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the integration of research, production and sales of non-toxic environmentally friendly PVC stabilizers.
The stabilizers are used widely in PVC products, such as wire and cable, toy medical equipment , transparent products, calendered products, pipe fittings, decorative sheets, foamed shoes, door and window profiles, etc.
