PVC Heat Stabilizer

PVC heat stabilizers are mainly used for PVC and other chlorine-containing polymers.
Among all stabilizers for polymers, PVC heat stabilizer is the most used. The thermal stability of PVC is poor, and it is prone to degradation and cross-linking reaction under the action of heat, light, oxygen and force, then results in difficult processing and deterioration of performance. For this reason, a heat stabilizer is required.
The stabilizers mainly include lead salt heat stabilizers, metal soap stabilizers, calcium zinc stabilizers, organotin stabilizers, and organic auxiliary stabilizers, such as epoxy compounds, β-diketones, polyols and urea class derivatives.Auxiliary stabilizers also include inorganic hydrotalcite and zeolite.
Aimsea is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the integration of research, production and sales of non-toxic environmentally friendly PVC stabilizers.
The stabilizers are used widely in PVC products, such as wire and cable, toy medical equipment , transparent products, calendered products, pipe fittings, decorative sheets, foamed shoes, door and window profiles, etc.
